Understand Your Platform
Your new system includes a Chamber website to promote businesses AND a separate "Bringing Local Back" network built on a Shopping Schema to showcase products and services, making your members easily discoverable online.
Launch Your Program
When you're ready to launch, navigate to Configuration > System Roll Out Tools > Send Welcome Message. This sends access instructions to all members for their personalized dashboards and the Bringing Local Back APP (Optional) (which uses the same login credentials).
Post-Launch Success Steps
1. Send a personal follow-up email from your Chamber's leadership to reinforce the value of these new tools. We also recommend that you send this link www.LetsDoCommerce.com for them to see a quick overview of the Chamber strategy to build commerce.
2. Share training resources by directing members to www.BringingLocalBack.com and include the link in your newsletters. Also share this link where they can book one-on-one training and more at www.MemberClasses.com.
3. Announce on social media to generate excitement about the new opportunities for local businesses to expand their reach.
4. Host an orientation webinar to demonstrate the login process and basic features.
